Crypto.com, a fast growing cryptocurrency platform, has acquired the naming rights to what was formerly known as Staples Center, the home of the Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers basketball franchises. The deal is worth a reported $700 million over 20 years and is just one of many high profile marketing campaigns the company has launched recently, including the “fortune favors the brave” TV ad campaign staring Matt Damon.
